Patrick
started attending classes 4.5 years ago. He went as a guest to a
'bring a friend' class. He started taking classes shortly after and
he hasnt stopped since! I really like how Bob teaches the kids
respect and responsibility first and foremost, as well as self defense,
skill and confidence. We've watched Patrick grow more and more
confident over the past few years and much of this can be attributed to
what he learns at RDMAA. The teaching staff is dedicated, very
funny, and caring. There's a perfect blend of hard work and
dedication, followed by fun and rewards. We've watched many students
excell and move onto teaching roles, which shows younger students what
they can also achieve with perserverence. Bob and Trish truly run a
"family" business...as in, everyone who attends IS part of the
RDMAA family! I'm so appreciative of their hard work and I feel
blessed to have made so many great friends there. And as
always....KARATE PARENTS ROCK!! Trish Collins "I
am proud and always impressed by Patrick's abilities and dedication to the
things he studies in life! When he loves something as much as he
loves karate he doesn't just do it... he craves to understand it and does
the best he can with it all the time! I remember that when he
started taking karate classes he was very timid and unsure of his own
abilities. In a matter of a few years it has been a joy to watch how
his studies of the martial arts with the Downey family has definitely
helped him become a respectful, sincere, confident, happy young man.
Patrick not only focuses on tasks at hand, but looks forward to the
challenge of the next level. Still, while he enjoys individual
achievement, he most loves sharing what he has learned with his peers and
contributing to any group or team that he is involved with. This has
carried over to everything he does in life and to see it happen is a
parent's greatest reward!"

I am glad I signed Bailey up for Karate, as he has been taught much by Sensei Bob, Sensei Bobby, Mrs. Sensei (Trish), and even the other students. They have taught him valuable lessons that he will use later in life. I am extremely proud of him and all of his progress. Suzanne Redmond (parent) Norton, Ma.

Karate at Red Dragon has given my son an option
to participate in an activity that does not discriminate when it comes to
size or ability. It has also
built his sense of determination toward the goal to achieving a Black Belt
rank and that any worthwhile goal is something that needs to be
consistently worked toward.

The reason we like Red Dragon Martial Arts Academy and made it our school of choice is the family atmosphere. We feel Rachel has made far more progress than she would have at one of the "chain" schools. We have also found the extra-curricular activities like the annual summer outings have given a more personal feel for our whole family. Steve & Lisa Brody Mansfield, Ma

My son has been at Red Dragon Martial Arts Academy for less than a year but we saw the benefits of the classes after just a few months. He is more confident physically and mentally. He was taught to speak up clearly in the dojo and I have noticed that he now does so when talking with adults outside karate class, too. The program offers a lot of positive reinforcement right from the start. The reinforcement contributed to his confidence and is also very motivating. Sensei has a great way with the kids and "Mrs. Sensei" is very sweet and motherly to all of them. I felt as though our family was welcomed into the Red Dragon family from the very start. | The Red Dragon Martial Arts
Academy is a very friendly family oriented establishment. My sons
have been taking karate at the Red Dragon for over four years, which has
improved both their confidence and self-control. They both enjoy
their classes and work hard to achieve the next rank. The level of
attention and patients that Sensei Bob and the other instructors
demonstrate with the students is exceptional. I continuously
recommend new students to the class and always receive positive feedback. Ellen Collamore School Psychologist |

For many years my son asked if he could try karate. I hesitated for many reasons - the cost, the time but mainly, I didn't know very much about it. I didn't understand the benefits of a karate program. My son has now been attending Red Dragon Martial Arts for 3 years and I regret that I didn't start him sooner. He has gained strength, poise, friendships, but most importantly, he has gained a sense of accomplishment and self confidence. I am thankful that he has this positive influence in his life and I believe that the benefits will last him a lifetime.

The Red Dragon has been such a positive experience for my son Patrick. The environment is so warm and friendly and they make everyone feel special. Patrick feels energized and happy after his lessons and has gained so much confidence in himself. Since taking karate, Patrick's focus and abilities in other sports has also improved. We attribute this to the skills he has learned at the Red Dragon Martial Arts Academy.

Our
son Brian has been a student at Red Dragon Martial Arts Academy for 4 1/2
years. In that time, Brian has learned a great deal about karate, improved
his overall fitness and, most importantly, had fun! Sensei Bob does a
great job of keeping the classes challenging and fun. Brian also
enjoys participating in the tournaments and demonstrations that are
offered. We look forward to many more successful years at Red
Dragon! School Teacher

Stop
I don’t want any trouble, I don’t want to fight”. Those words
are why my son Joshua is taking karate at Red Dragon Martial
Arts Academy. He is learning respect for others, confidence in
himself and the knowledge and training to best handle confrontation.
